Products

1. Are all items of genuine parts?
Yes, everything is made from genuine, original (car) parts, not replicas or plastic junk.

2. Do you also supply custom work and / or special wishes?
Of course, together we discuss what your ideas or wishes are; "Can not" does not exist.

3. I have parts myself, can I supply them?
Yes, you can supply parts yourself; in consultation we make something beautiful out of it.

4. I want to order a product, but it is sold out. What now?
If a product is not in stock, you can contact us. We are happy to tell you more. The data can be found under "contact details".

5. Can I first view the products somewhere?
You are very welcome to come and have a look in our studio, so that you can decide at your leisure what you want. Make an appointment for this. The data can be found under "contact details".

Order

6. How do I know if my order has arrived correctly?
If you place an order and have provided your email address, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Here you will receive an overview of your order.

7. Can I gladly pick up my order?
Of course you can pick up your order. It is important that you make an appointment for this within 5 days of your order. For this you can contact us by e-mail, the contact form or by telephone. You can find this information under "contact details".

To deliver

8. How long does it take before I receive my order?
We strive to deliver your order in the Netherlands within 5 working days after receipt of payment. Items that are not in stock have a longer delivery time. This is indicated with the item and is an indication. If you want to know the current delivery time, please contact us. You can find this information under "contact details".

9. Who delivers my package?
We ship most objects (up to 30kg) by registered and insured mail via Post NL. Large and heavy objects go through a transporter, which is most suitable at the time.

Since we depend on a third party to ship, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the transport of the ordered goods. Once we have sent your package, you will receive an email from us containing a track & trace number. That way you can track where your package is and when you will receive it.

10. What happens to my package if I am not at home to accept the package?
After they have received it, PostNL offers the package within the Netherlands after one working day. If the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, PostNL will try to deliver the package to one of the (direct) neighbors and then inform the addressee about this.
If the package cannot be delivered to the neighbors, PostNL will take the package back with it. In this case, too, PostNL will leave a message about this. This note contains a code, which allows the addressee to change the delivery day and location via the internet. If this does not happen, PostNL will try to offer the package again the next working day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be brought to the nearest pick-up location. Here, the addressee in possession of ID and the barcode can pick up the package from the next day until three weeks after.

For objects that are sent on a pallet, we recommend a delivery address where someone is present all day to receive the shipment. If this is not possible, you must indicate this during the order, the carrier will then contact you by telephone to make a delivery appointment.

11. Do you also ship abroad?
Sending abroad is no problem, costs are indicated during the check out.

Pay

12. How can I pay?
You can pay securely via Paypal, by bank or pay on pick-up (payment with pin possible).

13. I have a complaint about my order, what should I do?

14. What happens to my data?
We respect your privacy and therefore do not pass on data to third parties. To guarantee your privacy, your personal data is stored in a secure environment, making it unreadable for third parties. You will only receive our Newsletter if you have registered for it.
